Where and when is Board Leadership?

The 2026 Board Leadership Lethbridge event will place on Friday, October 23rd, and Saturday, October 24th at Lethbridge Polytechnic. This year’s format includes a full day of learning and networking on Saturday and an exciting and info-packed evening of micro-presentations on Friday evening.

Friday evening will feature seven speakers and seven timely topics. You don’t want to miss this evening designed to get you thinking, talking and ready to lead!

Saturday at Board Leadership Lethbridge includes five sessions running concurrently in each time slot. This means you’ll choose four sessions that best fit your needs, interests, organization and experience.

This year, listening to your feedback, we’ve taken some steps to help you navigate your Saturday options. Each session has been assigned a learner level: Beginner/Foundational, Intermediate, Intermediate/Advanced or Advanced. These levels can guide you as you choose sessions that match your current knowledge and experience. These are just guides, they are not hard and fast rules, so feel free to choose any session that catches your interest.

We’ve also organized sessions into five topic streams: Governance, Finance, People, Engagement and Technology.
